OASIS ™ OT design-pre-feb. concept has ease of transportation, installation, testing & commissioning of the modern operating theatres strictly to prevent every infection from air-born bacteria. It is a design & build feature that has large number of technical expertise and know-how.
With the stand alone steel support or wall-mounted system OASIS ™Operation Theatre has been built to suit many modern operation theater application. The wall panels are using first class electrolyzed steel with no joint finish after installation.
All the sharp edges and corners have coved to avoid bacterial contamination and better flow of air/ light system in the theatre. The sterilisable Coating finishes along with antistatic flooring system have the advantages over the other modern OT concept.

Laminar flow or plenum box supplied with conditioned air from the central system via "S" class HEPA FILTERS ,mounted on the exit from the supply ducting.HEPA FILTERS shall be factory tested & certified. Test sealed must be provided in the filter housing in accordance with DIN 1946 & DIN 4799. The ceiling shall be incorporate supports to secure it to the main structural frame of the modular operating theater . The ceiling shall be constructed from 1.60mm aluminum sheet & the insulated using nitryle rubber & aluminum cladding. Air shall be diffused into the theater uniformly over the total area.

OASIS X-Ray Viewer is using low power consumption to provide a homogeneous imaging effect It is a shadow free design and dissipates very low energy and heat and it is suitable to be used for long hour operation.
