Size available of cylinders bank : Right & left 2+2, 4+4 , 6+6, 8+8, 10+10, 12+12, 16+16, 20+20 or More Manifold is extendable type with choice of size of cylinder bank 'D' type jumbo cylinders. Manifold is suitable withstand a working pressure of 140Kg/cm2.Manifold has high pressure copper annealed tail pipes with one end having brass adapter suitable for cylinders. Manifold also have brass non-return valves for individual cylinders.

Suction jar can be manufactured according to the capacity of Hospital. When the jar is full, suctioning process stops automatically. Pressure regulator regulating scope: 0-200mmHg & 0-700mmHg Pin indexes of different standards are available to choose. Pressure regulator with switch which can stop suctioning.

Medical Gas OutLet (Hook Loose Type);- The Medical gas outlet combines case of installation & low cost maintenance. Non-interchangeable self sealing quick connect gas outlet for Oxygen/Vacuum/NO2 & Air.
Medical Gas OutLet (Front Loaded);- Complies BS/EN737-1, HTM2022,C-11 , NFPA-99 standard. The gas terminal unit is simple design straightforward to install & smooth in operation. Easy to fix matching probe.
The thickness of the surface panel is 2mm. Designed in accordance with HTM2022 /NFPA99standard. Each bed head unit has four cavities for different pipelines. The surface of the bed head unit can be painted into different colours according to the buyer's request, using static-electricity-painting technology. Different parts can be painted into different colours. The bed head unit has enough inner space to install medical gas outlets, lamps, electrical switches and other equipment.

The pillar of the pendant is made of large-section Steel, giving a look subtle and elegant. The pole is made of steel pipe which has a large bearing capacity up to 300kg. Ward Vacuum Unit 1. It includes vacuum pressure regulator up to 760 mm Hg with dial gauge. 2. The polycarbonate reusable collection bottle along with safety device to prevent overflow. 3 The wall mounted and back flow resistance.
The shut-off valve system has two functions: To reduce gas pressure and to shut off gas pipes. To reduce gas pressure is to control gas pressure within certain pressure scope, for instance to control the Ward' O2 pressure to be within 0.3-0.5Mpa, or to control High-pressure O2 Cabin's O2 pressure within 0.6-0.8 Mpa (Usually the pressure of manifold or O2 generator is 0.8-1.0Mpa ).
Shut-off valves are linear ball valves. Usually the valves are installed in front of the pressure reducer and connected in series with pressure reducer and gas pipe. A branch gas pipe shall be added onto the main gas pipe to avoid gas supply failure in case any breakdown occurs in shut off valves or pressure reducer.
Digital Area Alarms designed to include all necessary digital displays, factory wiring, transformers and circuitry requiring only 115 volt or 230 VAC primary powers. Internal voltage will be stepped down to 5 VDC and 15 VDC for control circuit Power. Voltage to external pressure or vacuum transducers will be 15 VDC. The Area Alarm have digital display facility. Each area alarm will monitor up to 6 or 12 medical gas & / or Vacuum services. Area alarm panels is modular in design. Each gas monitored have a light Emitting Diode LED to continuously indicate actual line pressure.
Solid drawn, seamless, deoxidized, non arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased materials conforming to BS-6017/ 1981, and manufactured as per BS-2871/1971, BSEN13348 standard.
